Waiting List

β€£
How much time does it take to receive an invitation?

We know how frustrating it is to sign up to a service or application and not get to test it out right away.

Even though Routine is still in its early days, we are working very hard to provide the best experience possible. This is why we restrain ourselves from inviting everybody at once.

Another reason why we cannot invite everybody at once is that some operating system & calendar providers are not yet supported.

As an estimate, it takes on average 4 weeks to receive an invitation.

Settings

How do I activate/deactivate calendars?

In order to control which calendars are displayed on the Routine app, just navigate to the Settings screen by clicking the βš™οΈ icon at the bottom of the menu. Then head to Calendars and turn on and off the calendars that interest you:

Why do some keyboard shortcuts not work in the Web app?

There are two categories of keyboard shortcuts:

  • Other might conflict with browser extensions e.g AdBlock uses CMD+. to enable/disable blocking

Troubleshooting

β€£
I get an error message β€œSorry, something went wrong there. Try again.”

If you see this message when signing in with Google, copy the URL (https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/...) and try opening it in a different browser.

This is an error that happens on Google’s side and which Routine cannot solve by itself.

However, it can often be resolved by opening the URL in a different browser.
