Waiting List

How much time does it take to receive an invitation?

We know how frustrating it is to sign up to a service or application and not get to test it out right away.

Even though Routine is still in its early days, we are working very hard to provide the best experience possible. This is why we restrain ourselves from inviting everybody at once.

Another reason why we cannot invite everybody at once is that some operating system & calendar providers are not yet supported.

As an estimate, it takes on average 4 weeks to receive an invitation.

Why do some keyboard shortcuts not work in the Web app?

There are two categories of keyboard shortcuts:

  • Other might conflict with browser extensions e.g AdBlock uses CMD+. to enable/disable blocking

Pricing

When will the premium plans be opened?

The premium plans will be rolled out as the functionalities get developed, most likely early 2024.

Consider becoming a Believer to skip the queue and get access to the premium features before everybody else.

How can I support the development of Routine?

You can become a Believer or subscribe to one of our premium plans.

Why should I pay for Routine?

Large corporations like Google, Microsoft and Apple provide core services (email, calendar etc.) for free because they monetize elsewhere, most often selling your data.

This behavior slows down innovation and makes it impossible for small players to compete and offer an alternative.

We decided to be true to our users and never to run ads nor sell their data.

Our only objective is to build a valuable service that helps millions of people worldwide better organize their life.

Thanks to all the users supporting us and making Routine possible!

Help us by becoming a Believer and you will get access to the premium features months ahead of everybody else.

Will there be a special discount for students/teachers?

Routine will remain free to use for everybody to enjoy.

If you want to subscribe to one of Routine’s premium plans, contact us for a discount.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We currently accept all major credit and debit card brands.

What happens if my payment fails? Like if my credit card expires?

Your account email will be notified after each failed payment.

Payments may be retried up to 3 times within the next month.

After this, if the payment did not succeed, you will be downgraded to the Free plan.

Troubleshooting

I get an error message “Sorry, something went wrong there. Try again.”

If you see this message when signing in with Google, copy the URL (https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/...) and try opening it in a different browser.

This is an error that happens on Google’s side and which Routine cannot solve by itself.

However, it can often be resolved by opening the URL in a different browser.
