The Journal provides you with a history of your past activity: tasks you worked on, pages you archived and events you attended.

Restore archived items
You can navigate the journal by scrolling with the mouse, but you can also use your keyboard. The ↑/↓/←/→ arrow keys allow you to select an item, after which you can use the keyboard shortcut related to the object selected: task, page, etc.
